The LNC will review medical records to assess standard of care and identify causation issues with correlation of diagnoses; prepare medical chronologies; summarize medical records; conduct medical research on related medical topics; assist with identifying and obtaining expert witnesses and medical reviewers; assist with the preparation of questions for depositions, peer review, expert witnesses, and IMEs; prepare records for mediations, trials, peer review, and IMEs; and attend mediations and trials as directed.
The candidate LNC will possess the following credentials:
- RN required; four year college degree or Nursing Degree/Certification preferred
- Prior medical consulting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer efficiency in Word
